3. Technology and function

Advanced image intensifier: The image intensifier is the core component of low-light night vision devices. Good low-light night vision devices usually use high-performance image intensifiers, such as super second-generation or third-generation low-light night vision tubes, which have the advantages of higher gain, lower noise and longer life.

Strong light protection function: When encountering strong light, it can quickly and automatically adjust or cut off the light path to prevent strong light from damaging the instrument and the user's eyes. At the same time, it can quickly restore normal working state after the strong light disappears, such as high-sensitivity, ultra-fast, broadband detection automatic anti-strong light protection system.

Auxiliary lighting function: built-in low-power, concealed infrared auxiliary light source, which can be turned on in extremely dark environments to assist in observing targets, but will not expose its own position, and the auxiliary light source of some low-light night vision devices can be adjusted for high and low light.

4. Operation and use

Simple operation: humanized design, convenient and fast operation, easy to use, such as one-handed operation, various adjustment buttons are reasonably arranged, convenient to operate in the dark.

Flexible focusing: It has a large focusing range, which can quickly and accurately focus on targets at different distances, and can flexibly switch between manual and automatic focusing modes to meet various observation needs. The focusing range is generally 250mm-∞.

Appropriate eyepiece pupil distance and pupil diameter: Appropriate eyepiece pupil distance and pupil diameter can make the user's eyes in a comfortable position when wearing night vision goggles, and can obtain clear and bright images. The pupil distance is generally 25-40mm, and the pupil diameter is about 8-9mm.

Waterproof and dustproof: It has a high waterproof and dustproof rating, such as IP65 or IP67, and can be used normally in humid and dusty environments, and can even be immersed in water for a short time without damage to a certain extent.

Strong temperature adaptability: It can work normally in a wide temperature range, such as -40℃ to +55℃, and can operate reliably in both cold polar regions and hot desert areas.
